Description:
An apartment in Papagou of 34m² located on the 7th floor of a residential building. It has recently been renovated. The prices include internet, water, and common charges regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the building/elevator/laundry machines. The rent has to be pre-paid at the beginning of every 2 months period (general example: rent for September and October shall be paid at the beginning of September, rent for November and December shall be paid at the beginning of November etc). The electricity is paid monthly, on top of the rent. The studio is equipped with basic furniture and appliances (table with chairs, bed, closet, AC, and kitchenette with fridge and small oven). Laundry machines are available in a common area of the building for the tenants’ use. There is a 2-security deposit policy and a 200€ deposit for the electricity that is to be paid upon signing of the lease agreement. 1-year lease agreements – discussion on renewals before the lapse of the year.
In order to receive an offer from a possible tenant, we need the following documents:
- 3 last consecutive months’ payment slips (could be of the parents as guarantors)
- Employment contract
- The above monthly amount should be three times the rent price
